Madison

My name is Madison, I grew up in a small town right outside of the Kansas City, Missouri area. I was also homeschooled my whole life as well. Previously I worked as a hairstylist, and have my cosmetology license!

What's your favorite part about your position?

I love that I am able to help people everyday! Whether that’s helping one of my fellow leaders or members of my team, or helping a customer!

What's the best advice you've gotten in our business?

Get 1% better everyday. Focusing on the compound effect and marginal gains, is so much better than trying to improve everything all at once.

What are your goals?

Professional goal is growing a strong team alongside me, and opening my own market! Personal goal is to travel the world, and be able to bring my family and friends along with me!

Where is your favorite place to travel?

My favorite place, nature wise, was definitely Alaska! But really I love anywhere with a good concert!

What are some of your hobbies?

I am a very good tap dancer! I have danced all different styles my whole life, but tap is my favorite that I always keep up with!

Fun fact about yourself

A fun fact about myself is that within a 2 year span I have seen my all time favorite band 8 times all across the United States!

I am the second oldest of 5 kids, and come from a pretty big family!
